Fall on Deck

Ahh, fall porch weather! While summers on Cedar Creek Lake are hard to beat, this time of year is truly something special. Fall is a calm, beautiful time to be at Long Cove. And what’s not to love about sweater weather, pumpkin-spice everything, and 1,200 acres of room to roam?

There’s never a bad time to round up the crew for a spontaneous weekend escape to Long Cove. So, make the most of your home away from home this season by discovering the many ways there are to play all year round.

We’re always trying to outdo ourselves to make Long Cove even more fun. And this fall we’ve kicked our family-friendly evens up a notch. Thanks to all who made it out to our Halloween Shindig – and congrats to the day’s top dog, Dottie, who took home 1st Place in our Canine Costume Contest. Other events on our fall docket include; Golf and Pickleball Clinics, Farm to Fork Dinner, Skeet Shooting, and Fly Fishing. And on November 28, Santa and his reindeers will land at Founders Row for a Holiday PJ Party & Movie Night.

Dreamy sunsets, lakeside bonfires, s’mores, and exploring the nature trails are all part of the joys of fall here. Long Cove makes it easy to get away, catch your breath, and have fun together. If you haven’t made it out and are searching for your family’s happy place, hop in the car, and come take a shoreline tour. Just an hour-ish outside of Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake is a true Texas gem. With options ranging from custom spec homes to lakefront homesites ready for your custom build (and A-list architects and builders at the ready), we’re here to make it easier than ever to find the perfect luxury lake home to fit your family and lifestyle.

Happy fall, y’all! We’ll see you at the lake.
