A classically trained chef with a deep-rooted passion for the culinary arts, Justin honed his craft at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. His career spans culinary destinations, including Boulder and Austin, and 14 years as the owner and executive chef of the acclaimed Railway Cafe in Athens. Justin brings exceptional skill, creativity, and professionalism to every meal he prepares.
