Meet the
General Manager
As General Manager, Greg Dick brings over 30 years of high-level hospitality and operations experience to Long Cove. His leadership spans all aspects of the community—including facilities, food service, owner relations, employee management, and strategic planning. Prior to Long Cove, Greg led the merger of two historic Milwaukee clubs and executed major master plans for both facilities and golf course development. He also served as GM and COO of Tanglewood Resort and Country Club, where he oversaw full resort operations and directed over $20 million in development projects. Greg’s expertise and vision continue to shape the future of Long Cove.
